Programs

We partner with low-to-moderate income families interested in pursuing homeownership. The process averages 12-18 months to allow for a home’s construction or renovation, down payment savings, class attendance, and completion of other requirements.

The Critical Home Repair program provides low income homeowners (less than 60% area median income for household size) in Jackson county with assistance for repairs to their home they wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford.
